Headquarters Tower, South Korea

The new headquarters tower for Korea Expressway Corporation was designed to support a modern, high-performance working environment while maximising efficiency, flexibility and speed of delivery. As a major public-sector organisation, the client required a robust and adaptable building services solution capable of supporting long-term operational needs across a large office footprint.

AET’s Role

AET Flexible Space was selected to deliver UfAC system based on its height-saving advantages, design flexibility and rapid installation programme. The system was installed across 19 floors of the new headquarters tower, serving approximately 24,000 m² of office space. To meet the project’s specific performance requirements, CAM—V100 and CAM—V150 units were specially developed for the scheme.

The installation includes 38 large downflow units, each capable of delivering up to 16,500 m³/hour of air into the underfloor plenum. Conditioned air is supplied directly to occupied zones via 800 TU4—EC Fantile™ units, providing efficient, controllable comfort and supporting a flexible workplace layout.
