Landmark Government Headquarters

This high-specification new build was developed for the Kuwait Government as a landmark civic headquarters, setting a new benchmark for workplace quality and architectural presence in the region.

The development comprises three 10-storey buildings connected by dramatic full-height atria and sky gardens, creating strong visual connections and shared public spaces. A striking 90-metre-long, 36-metre-high curved glass façade defines the complex, delivering transparency, daylight and a strong civic identity.

First UFAC Installation in Kuwait

AET Flexible Space delivered the first underfloor air conditioning (UfAC) system in Kuwait, supporting the project’s ambition for flexibility, comfort and long-term efficiency. The UfAC solution enables adaptable workspace layouts, improved occupant comfort and efficient air distribution across the connected buildings, aligning with the demands of a modern government workplace and a high-profile public asset.
