A Sustainable Mixed-Use Development

Parkview Green is a landmark mixed-use development in Beijing, comprising 50,000 m² of retail space, 82,000 m² of Grade A office accommodation and a 120-room boutique hotel. Recognised internationally for its environmental leadership, the project was China’s first pre-qualified LEED Platinum Core & Shell development and received the MIPIM Asia 2010 Green Building Award.

The building is defined by an advanced environmental envelope, featuring four layers of glass between the external environmental skin and the internal curtain walling, delivering up to 60% energy savings and setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban development in China.

Supporting High-Performance Interior Environments

AET Flexible Space contributed to the project’s sustainability and occupant-focused performance through the delivery of an advanced underfloor air conditioning (UfAC) solution within the commercial spaces. The system supports flexible interior layouts, efficient air distribution and high indoor air quality, aligning with the project’s ambitious environmental targets and enhancing comfort across its mixed-use functions.
