95 New Cavendish Street
We’re pleased to be joining the team delivering the transformation of 95 New Cavendish Street, a prominent island site in the heart of Fitzrovia.
The comprehensive refurbishment will create over 2,000m² of Grade A workspace, bringing new life to the existing building through a new façade, additional floors, a Clubroom and communal roof terrace.
AET will deliver underfloor air conditioning across five floors, comprising 10 CAM—C units and 62 TU4 Fantiles™ — freeing the ceiling from conventional HVAC distribution and allowing natural light to travel further across the floorplate, while supporting a flexible, clean interior environment.
Targeting market-leading ESG credentials including BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, the scheme is another great example of how existing commercial buildings can be repositioned to deliver high-quality, lower-impact workplaces without having to start again.
Great to be working for our client, LBS Properties, alongside Ambit, Stiff + Trevillion Architects, Heyne Tillett Steel, Hoare Lea, and Bryair as the project takes shape.
