More than a case study

More than a case study

AET is integral to every stage of a building’s lifecycle

From initial planning to refurbishment and tenant fit-outs, AET Flexible Space plays a crucial role in the evolution of commercial buildings. Our underfloor air conditioning (UfAC) system delivers unparalleled flexibility, making it the ideal solution for investors, developers, consultants, and architects seeking efficient, future-ready HVAC solutions.

A prime example of this is the Folgate Building, where our systems were implemented during the CAT—A redevelopment, and now, we are actively involved in the CAT—B fit-out as new tenants configure their office spaces.

Originally known as Liberty Place, the property now offers 6,200 sq. m. of sustainable, flexible office space, combining architectural heritage with modern efficiency.
