The Hoxton Hotel is a sleek and contemporary building with 192 hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, function rooms, and 4,000 sq. m. of flexible co-working office space.
The first two storeys of the former Social Security office building contain public areas serving the hotel; six floors of hotel rooms, and five floors of flexible office space provide new offices with a winter garden on the 12th floor plus a top-floor bar and restaurant on the 14th.
AET’s flexible and adaptable CAM—V underfloor air conditioning system was chosen for installation across the office space floors — perfectly suitable for the flexible layout the client was looking to achieve. Our modular Fantile™ units fit seamlessly and can be quickly and easily relocated.
Standard TU4 Fantile™ were installed throughout the office space, with our specially designed slimline TU350 Fantile™ placed within the central break-out and kitchen areas on each floor due to a reduced 170mm floor void in these areas.
