Our UfAC was specified to maximise floor-to-ceiling height and gain an extra floor within planning limitations.
Completed in late 2018, this modern HQ transformed the Fitzrovia streetscape with its striking façade and bronze-framed windows. Designed for flexibility, the building maximises lettable space with AET’s adaptable system allowing Fantiles™ to be easily added to suit changing occupier needs.
