Project details

The project entailed a full refurbishment of this fabulous Edwardian building with a Grade II listed Portland stone façade, including structural reconfiguration to the central core and installation of new HVAC services, creating 3,000 sq. m. of prime office space in the St James’ district.

Retaining historical features

AET’s UfAC system enabled a clean, service-free soffit, revealing original plasterwork and restoring the building’s architectural beauty, inside and out. The consultant specified AET’s underfloor air conditioning systems for four floors.

Designed to shine — day and night

By removing bulky ceiling services, UfAC reveals architectural detail that elevates interior design and enhances the building’s external presence after dark.
