Building background

The Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF) in Bradfield City is a cutting-edge hub designed to bring government, industry, and research together to fast-track advanced manufacturing projects.
As the first stage of the AMRF, the building is not only driving innovation in Western Sydney but also honours and integrates the region’s Indigenous cultural heritage.

Green vision

The scheme sets a bold benchmark for Aerotropolis, blending modern architecture with local ecology and Indigenous heritage.
Guided by a “connected, green, and advanced” philosophy, it offers a blueprint for sustainable urban development in Western Sydney.

Maximising the building potential

As a forward-thinking facility designed to drive innovation, the AMRF emphasises sustainability and cutting-edge technology, making AET’s UfAC system the perfect solution to support both environmental and comfort goals.

AET’s UfAC system, consisting of 8 CAM—V plus 76 TU4 Fantiles™, provides energy-efficient comfort cooling throughout the building, aligning with the project’s focus on green and sustainable building practices.
