Premium Commercial Tower in DIFC

Burj Daman is a 65-storey skyscraper located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), rising to a structural height of 235 metres and forming a prominent part of Dubai’s financial district skyline. The tower includes 15 floors of Grade A office accommodation, offering some of the largest and most efficient floor plates in the UAE. Its distinctive, near column-free design maximises usable space and provides highly adaptable layouts suited to modern commercial occupiers.

AET’s Role — UfAC for Large, Flexible Floor Plates

To support flexibility, comfort and energy efficiency, AET Flexible Space delivered an underfloor air conditioning (UfAC) solution across the office floors. The system incorporates 168 CAM—V44 downflow units, with approximately 150–180 Fantile™ units per floor, ensuring balanced air distribution and responsive comfort across expansive workspaces. The UfAC approach supports efficient space planning while enhancing occupant wellbeing within a high-rise commercial environment.
